BE A VENDOR AT MUERTOS FEST

Dia de los Muertos at Hemisfair (Muertos Fest), recognized as one of the 7 best fall festivals in the United States by National Geographic, is a free event held in downtown San Antonio on October 28 & 29, 2023.  As a vendor at Muertos Fest you will have access to the approximately 135,000 visitors who attend the festival over two days.

ART VENDORS

The festival accepts approximately 60 vendors for its curated art market and features a wide selection of art vendors selling creatively original items that are Día de los Muertos inspired or in keeping with the tradition of the event and celebration. The Muertos Fest Art Market offers everything from jewelry, artwork, clothing, flower crowns and more. 

Please note: We limit the sale of t-shirts at this event and will only accept t-shirt vendors in exceptional cases. 

New for 2023: This year, the festival will provide festival tenting for all accepted art vendors.

Booth Rental Fee: $500 ($250/day) –  This fee includes a 10′ x10′ space for 2 days, tent, sign and basic electrical (1 outlet per booth). 

We will allow a limited number of shared spaces and/or uncovered table spaces for emerging art vendors at a lower rate. Please indicate on the application if you are interested in one of these smaller spaces.

FOOD VENDORS

The festival will accept approximately 25-30 vendors to sell food at the 2023 festival. The festival is looking for quality food vendors who are able to quickly serve in large festival settings. Local food vendors and restaurants are encouraged to apply. The festival would like to have food accessible to all and asks that vendors who have safe options for people with dietary restrictions or allergies to please indicate so on their application.  

No beverages or alcohol may be sold at food booths.

Pre-packaged food vendors (cookies, pan dulce, etc.) who do not cook on site, should fill out this same application and check that they are a pre-packaged vendor.
