San Antonio Express News A tribute to late conjunto music legend Flaco Jiménez will be part of the 13th edition of Muertos Fest at Hemisfair. The annual Día de los Muertos celebration is slated for Oct. 24-26. Admission is free. The tribute to Jiménez, who died July 31, begins at 8 p.m. Oct. 24.
